Biologist as Director (w/m/d)
Preclinical Pharmacology

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the Preclinical Pharmacology working group consisting of scientists, technicians and doctoral students.
• Plan, evaluate and optimize experiments for the testing of newly developed antibodies based on immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry or cellular assays.
• Present project data in the form of scientific presentations, publications as well as posters and lectures to internal stakeholders or at congresses.

• Willingness to travel (occasional)

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed your studies and a doctorate in the field of biology, biotechnology, biochemistry or medicine.
• Experience in the discovery and characterization of therapeutic antibodies, in the development, support and interpretation of immunological-analytical methods (flow cytometry, cellular assays).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.

In addition, you are familiar with employee management, have a cooperative leadership style and appreciate teamwork.
