Radiolabelling of drug candidates offers the possibility to study their relevant biopharmaceutical properties in vitro as well as in vivo.
GLYCOTOPE offers their broad experience in labelling, handling and realizing bioactivity-, biodistribution- and efficacy tests using imaging or therapeutic radionuclides. Specialized know-how is available for evaluating antibodies of various formats.
We provide chemical and biological services for academic and commercial research and development.

Labelling

We label your substance, protein, antibody or peptide with g- or b-emitters, e.g. 99m-Tc, 111-In, 131-J, 125-J, 90-Y and analyze its stability and quality using physicochemical or biochemical techniques.

In vitro bioassays

We characterize the biochemical and functional properties of your labeled substance. Various assays are available for these analyses, e.g. stability, affinity, binding sites and receptor mediated internalization.

In vivo studies

Together with our partner EPO-GmbH we investigate the pharmacokinetics, biodistribution and therapeutic potential in mice or rats. Numerous animal models are available, especially in the field of cancer. We provide you with customized solutions for the individual requirements of your project.
