Immunogenicity Tests:We analyse the immunogenicity of the glycoprotein on the humoral and cellular immune system.
We use in vitro cellular immune assays, e.g. dendritic cell based assays, T cell assays, ADCC, CDC, macrophage and NK cell assays, and together with our partner EPO-GmbH various mouse models, e.g. immune competent mice, nude mice and NOD-SCID mice together with reconstitution of a human immune system using PBMC, testing their cellular immune response and humoral immune response (antibody titres, isotypes and specificities). |
