PankoMab is a novel exceptionally potent and specific anti-tumor antibody developed by GlycoDesign and GlycoEngineering using GlycoExpress Technology as an anti-cancer therapeutic.

  Indication: carcinomas and multiple myeloma

  Target: Proprietary conformational TA-MUC1 target

  Affinity: ~10^-9

  Binding sites per tumor cell:>10⁶

  Format: Humanized IgG1

  In vitro & in vivo data: Very potent ADCC, CDC and phagocytosis mediated tumor     cell killing in vitro; Exceptionally high accumulation (>85% id/g) of PankoMab in     in vivo tumor models; Exceptionally strong therapeutic & preventive effect in in vivo     tumor models
