Fully human Growth Factor (fh-GF)
GLYCOTOPE has used its GlycoExpress technology to produce a new largely
improved generation of a biogeneric human growth factor with high market
potential. fh-GF has a fully human glycosylation and optimized sialylation
characterized by a strong increase in bioactivity and serum half-life
compared with the commercial equivalent.
Nutrition additives:
GLYCOTOPE has developed a microorganism as a nutrition ingredient, which stimulates a specific immune-response against a known cancer antigen.
Breast Cancer Vaccine:
A biotechnologically suitable master cell line of hematopoetic origin was glycoengineered to express a series of pan-carcinomic tumor antigens including tumor-specific carbohydrate antigens. This cell line was genetically engineered to secrete a defined glycoprotein with carbohydrate tumor markers which showed effective cancer treatment in late stage breast cancer patients.
