Product Background
NemodDC was generated by Nemod Biotherapeutics GmbH & Co. KG and represents the worldwide first fully functional human dendritic cell line that can be differentiated into immature DC (i-NMDC) and further matured to mature DC (m-NMDC) with all the phenotypic and functional characteristics typical of human dendritic cells.
NemodDC has been developed for the immunotherapy of diseases such as cancer and also as a tool for research and validation, called DC-Tools.
What are DC-Tools?
Fully-functional human dendritic cells (DC)
- i-NMDC: Vials of non-dividing immature DC – can be further differentiated to mature DC
- m-NMDC: Vials of non-dividing mature DC
