Glycotope´s Pipeline
Using the GlycoExpress™ technology (see GlycoExpress™ and Glycooptimization) Glycotope has successfully glycooptimized a number of proteins.
The lead product GT-MAB 2.5-GEX™ is a proprietary antibody that is currently in clinical phase I in cancer indications.
The four additional glycooptimized products of Glycotope’s pipeline include a second NBE antibody – KaroMab (GT-MAB 3.2-GEX™) -, two 2nd generation antibodies, among them the 2nd generation Cetuximab (GT-MAB 5.2-GEX™), all targeting cancer and a 2nd generation protein hormone adressing infertility.
